Thanksgiving, give thanks, gratitude

DID YOU KNOW that in the USA, we celebrate “Thanksgiving”? It’s a holiday set aside as a day of gratitude, where most of us share a traditional meal with family and friends.

DID YOU KNOW that gratitude has been shown to enhance health, relationships, and overall happiness?

Giving Thanks

We are grateful for finding ASEA, and all the wonderful ASEA opportunities to meet and work with people from all around the world. We are grateful to be able to help people physically and financially with ASEA. And we are grateful for our family and friends. ~ Trish Schwenkler

Gratitude and the ASEA Ethos

ASEA Founder, Tyler Norton, inspires us regularly with his message about the ASEA Ethos and Gratitude. How does gratitude fit into the ASEA ethos? Tyler Norton expressed the power of gratitude and says “gratitude expressed makes us healthy, happy, and represents the highest form of generosity.

Tyler presented this concept of GRATITUDE at the 2016 ASEA conference and it has continued to be an integral part of the ASEA Ethos.

We try to have an attitude of gratitude throughout the year. In addition to expressing gratitude verbally, we agree with Tyler that writing down five things that we are grateful for every day is a great way to maintain an attitude of gratitude.

Wishing all our ASEA associates, friends, and family a healthy and safe Thanksgiving!
