Trish and Bob have participated as guest speakers in Australia and EU tours. They have also been invited to pre-launch ASEA in the Asian market in Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Phillippines, and Hong Kong. In addition to the travel and speaking engagements, the Schwenklers support their downline in a multitude of ways ranging from local visits, one-on-one calls, and information sharing calls and resources.Trish Schwenkler and her husband Bob have maintained their position of Number 1 – Top Income Earner in ASEA. The Schwenklers joined ASEA in 2009 and were first recognized as the Top Earners in 2013. In April of 2016, ASEA created six new achievement ranks and shortly thereafter the Schwenklers were the first to achieve Ambassador Triple Diamond. Just five months later at the annual Envision conference, the Schwenklers were again recognized as #1 earners, they were pinned and made ASEA history as ASEA’s first Presidential Diamonds. Their ranks and achievements have continued and now they are at the top again with the Presidential Triple Diamond Executive level.

How I Got Involved in Network Marketing
In 1993, I was a stay-at-home mom raising our three children. Bob was the breadwinner. He earned a nice living and life was good! This was until we had an economic recession of our very own. Bob came home early from work one day and he had been downsized. That was the day we learned that “job security” is an oxymoron!
Bob decided to go independent and worked as a consultant and developing products for the semiconductor industry. In the meantime, I was introduced to the wonderful world of network marketing through a product that literally changed my life for the better. Bob’s independence as a consultant allowed him to help with family duties and with the behind the scenes for my fledgling networking business.
An MLM Learning Experience Pays Off
It was definitely a learning experience and lots of hard work, but after 4 years Trish’s monthly earnings surpassed what Bob had previously earned annually! Bob’s ‘job’ wasn’t ‘cost effective’ anymore!
So Bob joined MLM full time with Trish, helping with the phone calls, with the back office, and with developing world-class web based support structure for the team.
After 7 years in their former company, the Schwenklers joined the “Top 10 Global Earners” Club. They worked with that company for 15 years, but in July of 2008. In 2008 they decided it was time for a change, and subsequently sold that business. (Yes, a network marketing business is a saleable, willable asset!)
Trish spent a year and a half searching for a company with “soul,” a company that she could once again give her heart to.
ASEA was the answer! Trish and Bob are founding ASEA Presidential Triple Diamond leaders in Boise, Idaho- with scores of leaders in their organization around the globe advancing to Diamond and beyond!
