Bob Schwenkler and his wife, Trish, have created a network marketing team with ASEA that has achieved and maintained the top income earner levels at ASEA since 2013. The husband and wife team have helped to spread information about the benefits of ASEA as well as the opportunities of starting a referral marketing business with ASEA. The Schwenklers have received numerous awards and accolades and have been invited to pre-launch ASEA in many of the new market countries. Most recently they attended ASEA pre-launch events in Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Hong Kong.

In addition to speaking engagements, the Schwenklers support their downline in a multitude of ways ranging from local visits, one-on-one calls, and information sharing calls and resources. Bob has used technology to keep their ever growing team connected. Bob has also been invited as a guest speaker at ASEA conferences around the world.

Getting into Network Marketing

Bob’s background is in the semiconductor industry. As his wife Trish was working hard as a stay-at-home Mom and then launching a network marketing business, Bob supported her and his family in all of their endeavors. However it soon became apparent that a fledgling network marketing business could really provide the income to support a family and then some. When Trish’s monthly earnings surpassed what his annual earning it was time for a change – his ‘job’ wasn’t ‘cost effective’ anymore. Bob decided to become active in network marketing business alongside with his wife, and as a dynamic duo the two have mastered the referral marketing process and built a large global business.

Making Network Marketing Work

In addition to feeling a passion for helping people with the ASEA products, Bob developed a passion and a plan to support their team. Shortly after Bob joined the MLM full time with his wife he realized that is his professional career experiences could be utilized to not only support Trish, but to support their rapidly expanding team. Bob had visions of a field support system. Developing and building a world-class web based field support structure for Our Global Home Business, our ASEA team, has helped launch many network marketing careers.  This field support in tandem with the corporate support systems already in place have enabled them to grow into the global network marketing business they have today.
