Tips from Trish Schwenkler

What is the most recommended way to build an ASEA Business?

We have two videos from our “TIPS FROM TRISH” video series. The Rhythm of the Business address the concepts recommended to build an ASEA business.

DID YOU KNOW that what we call “The Rhythm of the Business” is not just an important concept, it is an essential one that anyone wanting to build an ASEA business must understand? It is the framework for our ASEA business and a global strategy being duplicated around the world.

Our advice is to learn the “Rhythm of a Business” – which focus on daily, weekly, quarterly, and event activities.
We can think of it visually as a pyramid composed of 4 sections:
  1. The foundation, the bedrock upon which we build. It is the daily practice of ALIFT activities, engaging in the 5 core competencies for our success.
  2. Weekly presentations. These can be live or zoom presentations, in-homes, “coffee talk” get-togethers. They are designed for guests to hear testimonials, to learn about our products, and to be exposed to the business.
  3. Regional events. Field events build upon one another. They create momentum, educate, and uplift. They foster duplication and a sense of belonging while providing training and inspiration.
  4. The top of the pyramid: the annual ASEA Global Conventions. Do everything you can to get to these major corporate events. These major events build vision,  and boost our engagement and confidence. They are world-class events that are fun and exciting, where we learn so much from top leaders and executives in our company. Annual corporate Envision events also take place around the world leading up to the Global Convention.
