Many entrepreneurs and those looking for a work from home side-hustle are attracted to the low-cost investment of the network marketing business model. However time and effort is required to establish and grow your business.

“Unlike a traditional business that requires a large capital investment upfront and doesn’t cash flow for the first five years,” Trish says, “it only takes a small investment to get started in ASEA, and with time and effort, most people can cash flow relatively soon.”

Achieve Success by First Understanding the 3 Stages of Network Marketing

Trish admits that she almost quit after her first year, until her mentor/sponsor taught about the three stages of network marketing. Having an grasp on this concept was crutial to being able to stay focused and movtivated while building their network marketing business.

STAGE 1 – Put in the Time

Trish explains. “This is where people who are used to trading time for money at a regular job get frustrated slack off because they think they’re not getting paid enough for their time.” Understand that you are in the first stage and must put in the time!

STAGE 2 – Money and Time Match

Those who keep working through stage one will get to stage two, where the amount of time you spend begins to match the amount of earnings you make. Your time and money will begin to match.

STAGE 3 – Earnings Surpass Time Invested

In the third stage you will see your earnings surpass the amount of time spent. However,  “Trish urges her team to never stop prospecting—a mistake she once briefly made herself after hitting the Diamond ranks at ASEA.”

TOP Tips from Trish

Prospecting: Make at least one “new” call a day to a new prospect.

Don’t Stop At Enrollment: Once you enroll someone help them look for “builders”.

Communications Motivate: Speak with your sponsor daily! (or allow your leaders to communicate with you in group calls)
